Sweet Adelines - Harmonize the World! The Fairbanks Sweet Adelines are women who sing in a barbershop chorus that has been Harmonizing the Interior of Alaska for 40 years. We are dedicated to promoting and preserving the original American art form of barbershop harmony and performing to fulfill our mission to harmonize the world.

The Fairbanks Sweet Adelines is the most Northern chorus in North America. We are members of Sweet Adelines International in Tulsa, Oklahoma, having chartered our chorus in December 1965. Our motto is Harmonize the World! Our mission is to promote and preserve the original American art form of barbershop harmony and performing to fulfill our mission to harmonize the world.
Our Mission & Purpose - The Fairbanks Frontier Chorus of Sweet Adelines International is a group of women singers dedicated to advancing the barbershop art form, and to enriching the lives of its members and the community through friendship, education, musical excellence, and performance. Highlights of our History - A brief highlight includes a 1984 invitation to sing for a historical Pope and Presidential visit in Fairbanks, regional competitions (and wins!) across the nation, ten time winner of the "Best Small Chorus" trophy, and participant in the Sept 11, 2003 "Sing Out For Peace". In 2009 participated in the 50th Anniversary of Alaska Statehood going on tour with “Celebrate Alaska” production in Fairbanks, Haines, Juneau, Skagway and Sitka. —READ MORE
